The 4th of July in 2021 will be a little different this year.  The Parade will be held on July 2nd, and unfortunately, due to high fire risk, the fireworks show on the 3rd and 4th will be cancelled.  

Park City will have a 3 day 4th of July Celebration in 2021 – July 2nd, 3rd and 4th of July


The 2021 Park City 4th of July 5K Fun Run is a virtual event this year.  Cole Sport’s 5K Mountain Fun Run. 4th of July weekend events in Park City


Friday, July 2: 11 a.m. parade followed by rugby and games in City Park and concluding with the Deer Valley Music Festival Concert – Patriotic Pops – outdoor concert.  Purchase Tickets in Advance

Saturday, July 3: time to be determined for an Air Force flyover followed by an Independence Day celebration at Canyons Village from 4pm – 9 p.m. (no fireworks).  There will be live music, kids’ activities and live art activations by local artists Anna Leigh Moore and AD Allegretti in partnership with Arts Council

Sunday, July 4: 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. pedestrian day on Main Street with the Park Silly Sunday Market, holiday performances and the ceremony honoring the fallen police officer. A volleyball tournament is planned at City Park from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. Fireworks at Park City Mountain Cancelled.

Parking for the Parade will be available at Park City High School, with shuttles running people back and forth all day. While the access is easier for entry and exit at PCHS, parking is also available at Park City Mountain Resort, which is a better location to exit after viewing the fireworks.
