Park City Lodging and Condos in Utah: Property Management

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to share our Property Management Services information with you.

We have been in business for many years. First, as Park West Village Management then as Park West Property Management, another step to Park City Canyons Properties, Inc. and now we are Park City Canyons Properties an All Mountain Lodging Company. As we have grown our name has changed to more accurately depict our service area. We have always been committed to serving our owners and guests on a very personal level and with a "hands on" approach. We strive to know and care for every property we manage as if it were our own home. We started out with only a few condos in the Park West Village condominium complex and have grown into a solid medium size company servicing all 3 resort areas including The Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley. We have been a member of the Park City Chamber of Commerce since 1986 and have received their 20 Year Award in 2006. We are also a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.

We offer the following types of services to our home owners.

Full Service Property and Rental Management (60/40) split:

(Full Service Rental Management Contract)**

·     We take care of the property for homeowners who would like to generate income by offering their property in our rental pool. We handle all aspects of marketing the property and guest management. We also take care of the property on behalf of the home owners.

Hybrid Property and Rental Management (75/25 split + monthly fee):

(Hybrid Rental Management Contract)**

·     We take care of the property for homeowners who would like to generate income by offering their property in our rental pool and booking their own reservations. We handle all aspects of marketing the property and guest management. We also take care of the property on behalf of the home owners.  

Property Management for By Owner Rentals Properties (monthly fee):

(By Owner Management Contract)**

·        We take care of the property for homeowners who rent their property on their own but require a local company to assist them with the various responsibilities associated with vacation rentals.

Property Management for Non Rental Properties (monthly fee):

(Non Rental Management Contract)**

·     We take care of the property for the home owner that uses their property as a second home. We run security checks on a regular basis and assist the owner with maintaining and repairing issues on the property.
